• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

You agree NOT to:

• Upload documents belonging to other individuals without their consent
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to others in a professional capacity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

• ReportGuide offers free and paid subscription plans
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free plan features

• You retain ownership of all documents and reports you upload
• AI-generated analyses are provided to you under a perpetual, non-exclusive license
• The ReportGuide platform, branding, AI models, and underlying technology remain our property
• You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded content solely to provide the Service
• We do not use your medical data to train AI models without explicit opt-in consent

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• We are not liable for any health decisions made based on our analyses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• You may close your account at any time through account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule
• Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law
• Small claims court actions are exempt from arbitration requirements

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
